Bryah JV location

The high grade copper gold discovery at Sandfire Resources NL’s DeGrussa Prospect in the Bryah Basin has significantly changed the perceived copper-gold exploration potential in the district.

At an early stage, Dominion recognised the potential within other parts of the Bryah Basin and has focused on identifying
quality exploration ground prospective for copper-gold mineralisation. Currently the Company has a farm in agreement (option to earn a 70% interest) with Cazaly Resources (Bryah JV) on ground that has a series of untested copper geochemical anomalies. On ground evaluation is due to commence in the September 2010 quarter.

Historical exploration on the tenement has focussed on identifying lode gold mineralisation and only limited surface copper exploration utilising shallow vacuum holes has been completed. These shallow vacuum holes (~2m deep) identified several >100ppm Cu in soil anomalies which are coincident with elevated gold values. No drilling of these anomalies has been undertaken.

Cashmans Project (option to acquire 90%)

Dominion has reached an agreement with tenement holders Lightrange Pty Ltd to explore the Cashmans Project.

The project is located within the prospective Narracoota Volcanics of the Bryah Basin where a copper gossan outcrops directly east of a small oxide gold open cut working.

Assays from rock chips taken from the gossan grade up to 7.52% copper and whilst mapping indicates the copper bearing gossan is limited in strike, it confirms the potential for a preserved massive sulphide copper-gold deposit similar to the DeGrussa discovery within the area.

Dominion plan to carry out detailed ground EM over the entire project.
